Invitation Symposium “Topics in Japanese Lacquer Art” Heinz Kaempfer Fund
On 25 November the Heinz Kaempfer Fund cordially invites the members of the Asian Art Society VVAK and their partners to participate in a symposium on a variety of topics in Japanese lacquer art. Lectures will be given by leading experts in the field from both Europe and Japan.
The symposium will be organized in conjunction with the exhibition ‘Modern Japanese Lacquerware’ in the Japanmuseum SieboldHuis in Leiden.

Members of the Asian Art Society VVAK and their partners can register for the symposium by transfering € 30 (per individual) to the bank account of the Heinz Kaempfer Fund (€ 40 for non-members). You will receive a confirmation within 10 days after receipt. At the same time you are kindly requested to send an email to the treasurer Mr Berbee: email@example.com to enable a confirmation email of your registration, which you will receive within 10 days after receipt
Students only pay € 15.
The audience is limited to 100 participants. Registration will be on ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. In case of cancellation by the participant before November 15th, the full fee will be refunded (no refunding after this date).
